Nyrtur was created from a simple idea that nourishing your body shouldn’t have to come at the expense of the planet.

It also started with something much simpler: I couldn’t find a protein powder I really loved.

As a dietitian and advocate for plant-based living, I was always looking for a protein powder without unnecessary flavouring agents - something flavoured with actual food ingredients like vanilla bean and cacao powder, rather than relying on artificial flavours to make it taste good.

So, I started making my own.

What began as a little experiment in my kitchen quickly became a formula I genuinely loved, and Nyrtur was born.

From there, I wanted to create more than just a protein powder. I wanted to build a plant-based nutrition brand that brought together what matters to me most - intentional nutrition, simple ingredients, sustainability and a supplement brand that actually encourages a food-first approach.

Nyrtur is built around thoughtful formulation and a less-is-more approach. We choose ingredients with purpose, prioritising sustainably grown Australian protein and creating products that are intentional, effective, and easy to incorporate into everyday life.

From our Elevated Plant Protein to our rich Dreamy Cacao, every Nyrtur product is developed with intentional nutrition at its core, without unnecessary extras.

We believe supplements should do just that: supplement your diet, not replace it. Our products are designed to help top up your nutrition alongside a varied, whole-food diet - never instead of it.

A well-planned plant-based diet can be incredibly nourishing, but there are certain nutrients that can require a little extra attention. Calcium, B12, omega-3s and iron are just some of the areas we’re passionate about making more accessible through thoughtfully formulated products (with more to come)!
